KORE Insurance Holdings, LLC is an agency in Livingston, NJ who represents high profile clients. We are offering an exciting opportunity to become part of our Team as an Office Services Assistant. This is an entry level position that will allow the right person the ability to work with all departments and grow within our company.

This position is the first contact a customer or client experiences when calling or visiting our agency. We are looking for a professional person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include greeting incoming customers, answering inbound phone calls and directing them to the proper person, and helping our various departments when needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, is highly organized, has the ability to multitask, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and can work independently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point are required.
