Benefits Associate

The appropriate candidate will serve as the internal point of contact for all functionality, system questions and client support issues pertaining to KORE’s Benefits Administration system.

Personal Lines Insurance Representative

The Personal Lines Insurance Representative will serve as part of KORE’s Private Client Division. The ideal candidate will advise and provide a high level of service to existing clients, quote and write new clients, handle calls and documentation within the agency operating system, and support the department manager.

Account Executive – Commercial Lines

The Assistant Account Executive will be responsible for the servicing and marketing needs of KORE’s clientele, which includes developing submissions & negotiating policy terms and conditions.

Office Services Assistant

The Office Services Assistant is the first contact a customer or client speaks with when calling or visiting our agency. We are looking for a professional person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include greeting incoming customers, answering inbound phone calls and directing them to the proper person, as well as helping our various departments when needed.

Accounting Assistant

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for all insured invoicing of direct and agency billing along with the filing of bank deposit slips, and commission statements.

Employee Benefits Account Executive

The Employee Benefits Account Executive will be responsible for the servicing and marketing needs of KORE clients including developing submissions & negotiating policy terms and conditions.

Employee Benefits Manager

The Employee Benefits Manager will be responsible for the servicing and marketing needs of KORE clients including developing submissions & negotiating policy terms and conditions.

Claim Assistant

The Claim Assistant will be responsible for managing the claims process for corporate clients from start to finish, including notifying carriers of new claims. Along with the follow-ups for acknowledgment letters and coverage positions from insurers.

Claim Manager

The Claim Manager will be responsible for the servicing and marketing needs of KORE clients including developing submissions & negotiating policy terms and conditions.

Controller

The Controller is responsible for the auditing and maintenance of the Chart of Accounts, financial statements, bank accounts, line of credit and accounts receivable/payable.

Finance Manager

The Manager of Finance Division will handle all premiums collections on Agency Bill premiums from customers. He or she will answer inquiries and resolve daily issues with clients and internal operations. Responsibilities also include handling all Premium Financing and all loan functions from origination to close.

HR Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator will implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

Private Client Division Manager

The Private Client Division Manager will be responsible for sales, service, client interaction, quoting/binding, department goal setting, training, reports, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Risk Manager

The Risk Manager will be a client executive and practice leader who administers and maintains in-house insurance programs. He or she will also be in charge of risk management legal, risk management compliance and consulting.

Surety Account Executive

The Surety Account Executive will be responsible for managing internal operations of the Surety Department. Along with both the day-to-day servicing of our construction/commercial client’s surety programs and servicing needs of department clients.

Surety Assistant

The Surety Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Surety Account Executive with the internal administration of the Surety Department. Along with assisting with both the day-to-day servicing of our construction/commercial client’s surety programs and servicing needs of department clients.

Surety Manager

The Surety Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Surety Department operations including, but not limited to, the following; solicit business, marketing, underwriting, meet with clients, prepare bids and bond requests, negotiate rates, terms conditions and collateral with sureties, if required.
